In this 20 minute video call, I ask about your general life situation and relationship to moving your body. You come out of the call with a concrete example of movement program, how often I recommend you to train and what kind of results you would be able to see after three months.

In our introduction talk (video call or in person) I get to know your needs and life situation. Then I suggest a plan for you, and it can be anything from one targeted session to a guided six month-program. Or a mix with a bit of everything. Anything is possible!
I recommend hourly sessions if you have a specific goal, for example you need to learn to lift heavy at work without hurting your back, or you aim to run a marathon and need some special training for that.
I also recommend it if you are recovering from an injury or want to get rid of joint or muscle pains, but don’t see yourself doing a general workout routine longterm (we are not all excited about exercise, and that is totally fine!)
Sessions are available online, or in person at my home or yours (only in Berlin)
